ヨガとの出会いは学生時代にボランティアで行ったインドでし
海外が好きで日本語教師として7年間シンガポールで生活していま
国際資格の全米ヨガアライアンス（RYT200)の資格を取得した後、Herbal yogaを京都でも知って頂き、世界の方に発信したいと思いHerbal season yoga の認定講師として、活動を始めました。
四季豊かな日本・京都から世界の皆様へ、ヨガを通して皆さまが全身にエネルギーを巡らせて、
Herbal yogaで利用している和草洋ハーブ®
日本の四季毎の古くから自生しているハーブやメディカルハーブ、アーユルヴェーダハーブ等を利用しています。
このハーブ達を、信楽焼（日本の焼き物）で燻し、薫りの広がる空間で優しいヨガのアサナをとる事で、心身と脳に働きかけリラックス効果を高めています。
We use herbs, medical herbs, Ayurvedic herbs, etc. that have grown wild in Japan for a long time in each of the four seasons. By smoking these herbs with Shigaraki ware (Japanese pottery) and performing gentle yoga asanas in a fragrant space, we enhance the relaxing effect by working on the mind, body, and brain.

※当日、決済がお済でない方チケットをお持ちでない方回数が不明な方は、ご参加頂けません。
※決済後のキャンセルについての返金は、出来かねます。
※2日前のご連絡で、他の日への振替受講が可能です。
*If you have not made payment on the day of the event, do not have a ticket, or are unsure of the number of times you will participate, you will not be able to participate. *Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after payment has been made.

ご予約いただいた、ご登録していただいているメールアドレスに、当店よりZoomのミーティングIDとパスワードを配信します。
We will send the Zoom meeting ID and password to the email address you registered and made your reservation.
※レッスン前にそのメールを開けるようにご準備ください。
Please be prepared to open the email before the lesson.
・当日開催時間丁度に会場入りします。講師がZoomオープンするまで、暫くお待ちください。
・開催時間5分以内にZoomにお入り頂けない場合、参加状況がわかりませんので、ご注意下さい。
・お客様のトラブルにより、入室出来ない場合申し訳ございません、開始時間過ぎてのご参加・再入室が出来ませんので、ご了承ください。
・スタジオクラスと同時開催となりますので、聞き取りにくい場合・講師が見にくい部分も多々あると思いますが、同時楽しんで、ご参加ください。
・クラスは、英語での誘導も可能です、当日必要な場合は、仰ってください。
・Zoom入室後、ミュート参加でお願いします。
・Zoom入室後は、寛いでお待ちください。

受講後、講師よりクラス終了のアナウンスを持ちまして、レッスンクラスの終了とさせて頂きます。
After the lesson, the instructor will announce the end of the class, and the lesson class will end.
